Windmill Cottage is a charming Georgian-style townhouse located in a prime residential area of the village, nestled in a private, traffic-free close. The cottage boasts tasteful furnishings and high-quality amenities. It features a small enclosed southwest-facing rear garden. Just a six-minute walk from the village centre, it offers easy access to beach areas within a three-minute drive, with ample parking available.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall leads to a comfortable sitting/dining room with colour TV, DVD player, electric fire or gas central heating, and French doors opening to the patio and garden. Modern, well-fitted kitchen includes electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and more.

First Floor: Bedrooms include Bedroom 1 (double bed), Bedroom 2 (two single beds), Bedroom 3 (single bed). Bathroom with shower unit and WC.

Outside: Enclosed, secure southwest-facing rear garden with patio furniture. Private garage and ample free parking adjacent to the cottage.

Cleaning: the cottage is prepared thoroughly and carefully for all visitors and will be spotlessly clean.

Heating/Lighting/ Hot water: All included in basic rental via simple, efficient and reliable systems.

Linen: All bed linen included and bed made up for you. Tea towels, table cloth and bath mat also provided but visitors bring their own personal towels - hire service available.

Departure: by 10 AM

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Deposit: 50% at booking

Balance Due: 5 weeks before arrival

Pet fee: £17.50 per pet per stay

PAYMENT INFO

Full refund if the booking is cancelled 4 weeks before arrival.
50% refund if the booking is cancelled 1 - 4 weeks before arrival.
No refund if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.
