The cottage is beautifully furnished and well-appointed, featuring a small, enclosed garden that enjoys a southwest orientation. It is conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from the village centre, and the beach areas are only a 3-minute drive away, with ample parking available.

The ground floor includes an entrance hall leading to a cozy and fully furnished sitting/dining room, equipped with a colour TV, DVD player, electric fire, and optional gas central heating. French doors open to the patio and garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and more.

Upstairs, there are three fully furnished bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower unit and WC.

Outside, the cottage offers an enclosed and secure southwest-facing rear garden with a patio table and chairs, along with a private garage and plenty of free parking space right outside the property.
