As per the “booking conditions” The usual time of takeover is 2.30 p.m. (subject to unavoidable delay) & the property must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.

Yes, subject to prior arrangement. We will need to know what type of pet and how many. For dogs there is a charge of £25 per stay.

Yes, as long as you tell us in advance & the number in your party does not exceed the maximum permitted number.

No problem providing, again that the total number of people using the cottages does not exceed the maximum permitted number.

All included - beds are made up for you. (Tea towels, tablecloths and bath mat are also provided). In all cases visitors bring their own personal towels but a hire service is available.

All delivered via simple & reliable systems. No charge for weeks commencing in July and August. For other weeks units consumed will be invoiced to you per standard meter readings. At Windmill Cottage heating/lighting & hot water are included in the basic rental.

No, we have a team of caretakers to clean the property after you leave but we do ask you, please to leave the cottage in a reasonable & tidy condition.

OK in the garden but not, please inside the property. We run a clean air policy in all our cottages.

The property will be thoroughly cleaned & inspected prior to your arrival but in the unlikely event that you find anything wrong/not working, please call us immediately on 01590 643516. We live close by and are keen that your holiday should be smooth and enjoyable. Any routine issues can be dealt with immediately; but should the problem require professional help we will arrange this ASAP.
