It is conveniently situated only a 6-minute walk from the village centre while the beach areas are a mere 3-minute drive away, with plenty of parking available.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall that leads to a comfortable and fully furnished sitting room/dining room, which includes a colour TV and DVD, an electric fire with optional gas central heating, and French doors that open onto the patio and garden. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, and other amenities.

The first floor comprises three fully furnished bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower unit and WC.
